I’m a mom who got sick of hearing “did they text you back yet?!”

I’m a mom without nearby family who has, in desperate times, dragged both kids to a brazillian wax.

I’m a mom of two, who understands that when one kid gets a playdate offer, sometimes you gotta drum up a playdate for the other one fast, or they’ll just hop on your zoom and show the stakeholders their new boots.

I’m a mom who finds it daunting to directly ask for help when she needs a couple hours covered. And I find it challenging to arrange playdates without spending an hour on my phone.

You can’t text the whole group chat to invite someone over if your kid is currently beefing with one member of it. And you can’t start a new group chat without that one kid just because he “didn’t share the green marker.” And individual texts can have you waiting hours to hear back, while your kid is crashing out.

Yeah, all these situations are socially navigable without an app. But I find them hard. And if you do too, here’s a hand.
